On September 26, 2008, the Caring Hands jewelry was selected to be a part of Project ETHOS, http://www.projectethos.com/ a biannual red carpet event that merges fashion, music, and art. The event was held at Avalon in Los Angeles. It was exciting to see the models walk down the runway covered in Caring Hands jewelry. That evening, the jewelry designed by the Ugandan women made its runway debut with other emerging designers, defining itself within the industry as a fashion-forward eco-accessories line. I am finally getting some pictures together, and will post more later.
